“I am delighted to express my sincere gratitude for Linda, my coach for the past six months. As a seasoned coach myself, navigating coaching sessions with another coach can be particularly challenging—we know how to answer questions without really answering them, and we can predict what question may come next. However, Linda’s commitment to coaching goes beyond a job—it’s a genuine passion that radiates in every session. Her remarkable ability to create a safe and open space, coupled with insightful questioning, has allowed me to uncover deep-seated beliefs and patterns. Linda goes beyond the role of a coach; she is a supportive partner in my journey, celebrating victories and offering guidance during challenges, while helping me face my own blocks. Her unique blend of empathy and accountability has led to a significant transformation in my mindset and behavior. I wholeheartedly recommend Linda to anyone seeking a coach who not only excels at the job but embodies the true essence of coaching. With Linda, you gain a dedicated partner in your journey towards personal and professional fulfillment.”

Meet Linda

When I first developed an interest in coaching, I thought I would only utilize the multiple skills I had gained through my varied careers which included law, business owner and consultant, and educator. I soon discovered that successful professional experience is not enough to be an effective coach.

Once I immersed myself in coaching training, I found that life is more than titles, leadership positions and a resume. Life is filled with potential, depth and gratification in ways that I had never imagined. It has been humbling, but incredibly fulfilling, to re-examine the perspectives and goal-achieving strategies of my own life.

It is an honor to be a trusted coach for those who seek improvement in their professional and personal lives. I enter each coaching session with curiosity. My goal is to help each client recognize opportunity and then realize a path toward full potential and an enhanced quality of life.

Trainings and Certifications

The coaching methodology I employ is rooted in training and certifications obtained from esteemed organizations within the coaching industry. My coaching philosophy revolves around forming a collaborative partnership with my clients, facilitating a creative and thought-provoking learning process. My ultimate aim is to ignite inspiration within my clients, enabling them to unlock their full personal and professional potential. I provide tailored opportunities for individualized growth and the enhancement of various skills, such as leadership, resilience, communication (e.g., public speaking and listening), interpersonal skills (e.g., empathy), teamwork, self-awareness, emotional intelligence (EQ), creativity, empowerment, and inclusion.

It is important to note that as a coach, my role does not involve giving advice, attempting to “fix” my clients, or solving their problems. I do not function as a therapist, addressing past issues. Clients seek my services out of a desire for self-improvement and a commitment to enhancing the quality of their lives.

My qualifications include the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification granted by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). This accreditation signifies that I have met the ICF’s rigorous training and coaching standards and have demonstrated proficiency in applying the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, and coaching principles. The ACC badge also attests to my dedication to upholding ethical standards and my professional competence in client interactions, as assessed through stringent evaluation processes.

Furthermore, I hold the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) certification, which I earned upon completing the training provided by the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). Co-Active Coaching is widely recognized as the industry’s most comprehensive and demanding coach training and certification program. CTI, as the world’s largest and most established professional coach training organization, has trained over 130,000 coaches, including those employed by more than a third of Fortune 100 companies.

I am an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Colorado Chapter of ICF (ICF-CO). Within ICF-CO, I am honored to serve on the Strategic Partnerships Committee.

I hold certification in coaching teams and am qualified to administer the Team Diagnostic Survey (TDS), an assessment tool focused on team effectiveness based on the 6 Team Conditions framework. This instrument empowers teams and their leaders, facilitators, or coaches to design and launch high-performing teams effectively.

Leveraging my training in Positive Intelligence (PQ), I equip my clients with the tools they need to identify and overcome mental saboteurs and learn how to embrace sage perspectives effectively.

Common Questions

New to coaching? Here are some things people usually ask:

International Coaching FederationI am proud to be a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) which represents the highest standards of professional coaching. The ICF’s core values are professionalism, collaboration, humanity and equity.

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) states that coaching is “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential…Coaches honor the client as the expert in his or her life and work and believe every client is creative, resourceful and whole.

Standing on this foundation, the coach’s responsibility is to:

  • Discover, clarify and align with what the client wants to achieve;
  • Encourage client self-discovery;
  • Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies;
  • Hold the client responsible and accountable.

This process helps clients dramatically improve their outlook on work and life, while improving their leadership skills and unlocking their potential.”

Yes, I adhere to the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics. Our conversations are confidential and only the client can release that confidentiality except in the following circumstances: illegal activity, if required by law, pursuant to valid court order or subpoena, imminent or likely risk of danger to self or to others, etc. Also note that unlike a therapist/client relationship, the coach/client conversations and work product from those conversations are not privileged and can be subpoenaed for use in a court of law.

My ideal client brings an honest desire to examine the purposes, values, strengths, self-doubts and successes in life. I enjoy coaching a variety of people but am particularly interested in working with clients on leadership skills. I also enjoy working with those in transition – whether it be a personal transition (caregiving, divorce, living after a tragedy) or a work transition (retirement, new job, new leadership responsibilities, burnout).

Anyone who:

  • is tired of being held back by that negative voice in their head that says Yes/But instead of Yes/And.
  • desires to build more confidence.
  • desires to improve communication, personally or in their workplace.
  • desires to be heard.
  • desires to impact more lives as a leader.
  • desires to have a greater sense of purpose.
  • desires to help others lead a more fulfilling life.

I offer one free consultation to discuss coaching and to determine whether we would be a good fit. A contract outlining appointment details and payment is then provided for the client’s approval. Pre-payment for sessions will begin upon our second appointment.

Dragonfly Logo

To me, the dragonfly is symbolic of the essence of coaching.  In almost every culture in the world, the dragonfly represents positive change and self-realization.

Many Irish, Scottish and Gaelic legends talk about the representation of dragonflies as overcoming delusions about oneself so that transformation can occur. To Native Americans, dragonflies represent spring, rebirth and renewal.

The dragonfly reminds us that our life has purpose and that we are worthy and capable. It reminds us that we can manage our own lives with how we think and interact with others.
