Have you ever read a wellness book and wished you could talk with someone about it? I have! I know that I would have gained so much more from the book if I would have had time with others who read the same book – a space to laugh, nod thoughtfully and share ‘aha’ self-reflective moments. So, I have decided to create that opportunity.
Several friends have asked how Co-Active coaching works, and this is an opportunity to experience fun and insightful coaching facilitation in a small group setting. My job as coach will be to guide the discussion through powerful questions without offering opinions or advice. This will provide you the opportunity to leave the discussion feeling renewed and strengthened as you further your adventure of living life to its fullest.
P.S. Since I was an independent bookstore founder/owner in one of my past careers, you know that I also thank you for supporting your community independent bookstore!

Bittersweet: How Sorrow and Longing Make Us Whole – Susan Cain
If you find comfort or inspiration in a rainy day . . .
If you react intensely to music, art, nature, and beauty . . .
Then you probably identify with the bittersweet state of mind.
With Quiet, Susan Cain urged our society to cultivate space for the undervalued, indispensable introverts among us, thereby revealing an untapped power hidden in plain sight. Now she employs the same mix of research, storytelling, and memoir to explore why we experience sorrow and longing, and how embracing the bittersweetness at the heart of life is the true path to creativity, connection, and transcendence.
Join our community and embark on a journey filled with awe, curiosity, and shared learning.
